McKenna, Taylor & Miley

I met this awesome family when they came in for our holiday special in December.  As soon as I met them, I knew I would love to photograph them!  The girls are adorable and for this session we did some personal portraits of each and some fun ones of the three of them together.

Here's McKenna with her doll...matching outfits of course.
Here's Taylor the future rock star.  She was hilarious lip-syncing!

And here's Miley celebrating her first birthday (a few days early) with her own cupcake!  I love this one with her tongue sticking out!

A New Look

I have been on the lookout for some time now for some unique furniture that would fit the style of our studio.  I wanted something funky, fun and modern.  Something with classic lines and bright, bold colors.  Well, how about orange leather furniture?  Yes, that's right.  We found a killer deal on this awesome set and couldn't pass it up!  It looks so cool in our studio and matches our color scheme perfectly.  And the best part: we now have so much more seating in the front and a place to look through books and chat comfortably.  We moved the backgrounds and lights to the back room which gives us a ton more space to shoot in.  So the next time you're in the area stop in and check it out!

Michigan Wedding Guide

One of our images from Shantel & Drew's wedding was chosen for the cover of the 2009 Michigan Wedding Guide.  If you are planning a wedding and want to get your hands on a copy of this very helpful little guide, click here.  You can also keep your eye out for them at many local bridal shows and businesses.  Of course, you can also stop into our studio to grab a copy!

Sabrina, Dustin, Isabelle & Natalie

Sabrina & Dustin brought their two gorgeous girls in for some family portraits.  Natalie was only a couple weeks old and so very precious!  Their oldest, Isabelle, is just a doll and such a proud big sissy!

Sabrina & Dustin: thanks so much for coming in!  We are so excited to watch the girls grow!

Saginaw Valley Family Magazine

Some of our pet photographs were featured in the latest issue of Saginaw Valley Family Magazine.

We are both huge pet lovers and were excited when the editor asked us to take some photos of her furry family members.  One of the magazine's writers called to ask us for some advice on taking pet photos and we were happy to contribute.  Click here for a list of places you can find the magazine in the tri-city area.

Ellie

This darling little girl was simply wonderful to photograph!  She is just adorable and such a happy baby.

Thanks Sarah & Ellie for coming to visit us!  We are anxiously awaiting the next time you model for us!

Larger than Life

If you find yourself driving down Gratiot Road in Shields, look up!  We took some headshots for Mark Greskowiak, a local realtor, and now his smiling face is larger than life on a billboard.  We think it turned out pretty cool!

Holiday Special Photos

We recently had our very first ever "Holiday Portrait Special".  What a great experience!  We had the opportunity to meet some great new families and see some familiar faces around Christmas-time.  Here are a few photos...

Thank you to all of the families that came in for portraits.  We are looking forward to doing this again next year!
